Proper care and service can significantly assure performance, eliminate costly down time, and extend the life of your equipment. To keep your machines running smoothly, we offer routine service maintenance programs on all espresso, brewing and grinding equipment. We customize service to meet each customer's needs. Coffee & Tea Works™ can provide:
Monthly or quarterly preventive maintenance service calls that cover a set of inspection and cleaning points, depending on the type of equipment. We will clean build-up, thoroughly inspect all key points, and replace the wearable gaskets that will help insure smooth operation between visits.
During tune-ups, there are times when we will also assess and possibly recommend any repairs to your machine that fall outside of the maintenance service. We will make it very clear if we see something that may require more service.
We offer a discounted labor and parts rate for any unexpected emergencies that might occur between our scheduled visits.
