Description
The Aurelia Wave Volumetric builds off the Aurelia II by adding a number of new improvements and features. Coming standard with a high-resolution LCD screen, this machine gives the barista unparalleled control over the machine. Baristas can easily program volumetric outputs for consistent shots with a simple press of a button while Nuova Simonelli’s Soft-Infusion System (SIS) ensures that each shot is properly saturated before full pressure is applied.
The Aurelia Wave volumetric espresso machine is also compatible with Nuova Simonelli’s smart wands to make workflow faster and easier than ever. The Auto-Steam wand steams milk to a desired temperature before shutting off automatically, while the Easy Cream wands allows the barista to program the temperature and density of the milk or milk substitute being used. Finally, the Gooseneck wand combines these two, frothing milk while the barista performs other tasks and stopping at the desired temperature.
